Our Manufacturing Facility

Furniture manufacturers have a variety of needs when it comes to wood products, so over the years Rayner & Rinn-Scott, Inc. built a state-of-the-art manufacturing and distribution facility to serve those needs.

Custom Moulding Department

Our custom moulding department now has seven moulders and several sanders to handle any profile in any specie you need. We use a water jet to cut custom profiles in a matter of minutes.

In Stock Options & Sortment Process

We stock close to 50 species of domestic and imported lumber, processing up to 50,000 board feet a day. We inspect every single board from the sawmill on our planer line; sorting for color and pulling the low end of the grading scale out to provide you with a higher end product.

Panel Products

We also carry a full line of panel products, including domestic and imported hardwood, mdf, melamine in an array of colors and wood grains, particleboard, sequence matched and numbered panels, pre-finished panels, veneers and edgebanding.
